He is Principal Product Director, Enterprise AI Platforms and Products at NCS, which he joined in October 2026. He previously worked as a Manager in AI & Data at Deloitte, leading enterprise AI deployment and data modernisation work across APAC until September 2026. He previously led a team of 10 on Yoozoo’s Slick.AI platform and was an Associate Director (Strategy and Special Projects) at AI Singapore. He is one of the AI Readiness Index’s architects and contributed to Singapore’s TR 99:2021 AI security reference. He also serves as an Industry Advisor at SUSS Academy, supporting the quality and industry relevance of its Continuing Education and Training programme. He holds MBA degrees from NUS and Peking University and a Master of Computing in AI from NUS.",
